DELIVERY
- Orders are carefully prepared within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Shipments in France are made via Mondial Relay (Pick-up Point) within 3 to 5 business days.
- Delivery is free for purchases over €102.
- Upon shipment of your order, a confirmation email and a tracking number will be sent to you.
ARTISANAL MANUFACTURING
Each By Sophie Katt candle is hand-poured in France in my workshop.
Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may exist and are part of the charm of artisanal manufacturing. Each piece is made with the greatest care and is, in its own way, unique.
The photographs presented on the site are as accurate as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and brightness.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If your order is not suitable or if it arrived damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receipt.
Returned products must be:
- new and unused;
- returned in their original packaging;
- carefully protected for transport.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of an error on my part or a defective product.
The refund will be issued within 2 to 3 business days after receipt and verification of the return.
